We are excited to announce that Masicorp’s request to join the MyVillage programme has been approved!

To get the fundraising ball rolling and kickstarting our registration, we need an initial 50 friends to support us by signing up. We are appealing to our friends and supporters in South Africa to sign up or add Masicorp as a beneficiary on their existing MyVillage card.

MyVillage is the charity arm of the well known MySchool rewards programme – one of South Africa’s biggest fundraising programmes allowing you to make a difference, just by shopping. Every time you use your card at any of the partner stores they’ll give back a percentage of your purchase value, on your behalf, to the school or charity you choose at absolutely no cost to you. Around R6million is distributed to over 8000 charities and schools each month through this programme.

If you do not have a card, you can apply for a new one, or if you already have a card, you can add Masicorp as an additional beneficiary on your existing card. It is possible to have up to 3 beneficiaries on one card, and they may be a mixture of both schools and charities.

We’d also love to challenge each of you to ask your friends and family to sign up or add Masicorp as a beneficiary – so that we can reach our target of 50 signups before the end of November.
